Answer: After you log into your Otterly.AI account, click “buy search prompts” and you can directly subscribe to one of the three plans. You can also create a new, free account here.
Question: How can I change my Otterly.AI plan?
Answer: Your Otterly.AI subscription is a monthly subscription. You can change anytime to another plan – either by upgrading or downgrading to an existing plan. You can cancel your subscription any given month.
Question: Which payment methods are accepted?
Answer: Otterly.AI accepts all standard credit card providers. We use Stripe – a leading payment provider – as our payment solution.
Question: I’m already a paid Otterly.AI customer – what I should do next?
Answer: If you are already subscribed to one of our previous Otterly.AI per-keyword based plans, we encourage you to change to one of the new packages as soon as possible. Why? Answer: Absolutely! You can add as many team members as you like. How? See next question.

Answer: Currently, it’s a manual process. Step 1: Your team members need to create a free Otterly account here. Feel free to simply send them this link. Step 2: Please inform us (either via the live chat on our website) or via email to hello@otterly.ai about the team members you’d like to add. Done.
Question: Which AI Search platforms are supported?
Answer: With all Otterly.AI plans, you get AI search monitoring for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity. If you monitor 100 search prompts, we monitor that across all 3 platforms for you.
